In COM4446 - Event Planning, our class is tasked with planning a conference on campus for the entire communication department. The theme for 2019 was: "Illuminating Truth - Let There Be Light." As a member in the Publicity Committee, my duties included creating the teaser trailer, creating social media content,  covering the event live, designing the flyer and managing the Instagram and official event page.

In COM4140 - PR Case Studies, my group and I evaluated Pepsi's PR strategy in relation to the controversial Kendall Jenner collaboration. We researched and applied Arthur Page Principles to their corporate communication plan to see if it was effective in fixing their brand's reputation.

communication research

In COM3316 - Communication Research, my group and I conducted a study where we tested the effects of social media on buying behavior. We wanted to see if there was any correlation between the time spent on social media platforms and their desire to purchase an item after. From the experiment we conducted, we measured the likelihood of purchasing a pair of shoes when scrolling through Instagram.
